Payment/No-show/Cancellation Policy:

REMINDER: All training payments must be paid once your trainer confirms training session with you. Please make payment (via Zelle or Venmo) to secure your session/s with trainer. If payment is not made, there will be no training session. “Bundle Training” payments expire 8 weeks after purchase.

MISSED SESSION/RESCHEDULE POLICY: Any “no-show” or cancellation that is non-emergency (within 48 hours notice) will be charged a fee.

  • Missed/Cancelled Duo Session ($65)

  • Missed/Cancelled Trio Session ($60)

  • Missed/Cancelled Group Session ($50)
